The Massive Technology Show, Vancouver's annual technology event showcasing the best in business technologies, promises to provide an impressive variety of business technology speakers, exhibitors and networking opportunities at a new location The Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre at Canada Place on March 28, 2007. Compared to the 2006 event at Telus Science World where only 20% of booths had been sold at this stage, the organizers, Massive Events Co, have claimed nearly 50% booth sales already, due to the new and improved, philosophy, location and format.
The move to the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre indicates the need from local businesses to develop a rapport with technology leaders, and to better understand how their organizations can optimize enhanced communications and best practice workings with the latest technologies. Its also a testament to the rapid expansion and growth of the Show, where we will see 200 exhibitors, 20 high-profiled speakers and a wide variety of demonstrations at this one day event, said Lindsay Smith, President of Massive Events Co. and Executive Producer of the Massive Technology Show, continued, Exhibit space is being bought at a phenomenal rate by international and local technology companies, compared with last year, which is a great sign of the Shows strength in reaching key Vancouver and BC business decision makers.
The 2007 Show will be the largest yet, boasting up to up to 200 Canadian exhibitors. After two years at Science World, the Massive Technology Show organizers chose to create a new and even greater experience for attendees, and have redesigned the floor plan to allow greater interaction between exhibitor and attendee.
